Osteopathy is a philosophy, a science and an art. It understands your body as a harmonious whole.
ADVANCED TRAINING
a continuous journey of learning
my approach
My continuing education over more than a decade reflects my interest in the many dimensions of health and well-being. It deepens my understanding of the body, movement, and the subtle connections within us.
Trained in various mind-body approaches, I integrate structural bodywork within a holistic approach that honours each person’s individuality. Each session offers an opportunity to slow down, listen to the body, and reconnect with its sensations, respecting each person’s own pace and story.
